Allow up to 1 working week from initial order to delivery in UK mainland, 2-4 weeks for delivery to Europe and for the rest of the world, please allow 4-6 weeks.
Should you need to guarantee your parcel is delivered sooner please put this additional information in the ‘Add note to seller’ section in our checkout page where we will try our upmost to accommodate your deadline. (We are often much quicker than the timescales mentioned above but from time to time we can be away from the studio photographing or at shows so it takes us a day or two to catch up with orders. Either way we'll always let you know).

Please Note: For international deliveries we are not responsible for any further taxes, duties or charges to be paid to the receiving country's customs. These charges are the responsibility of you, the customer.
RETURNS POLICY AND INFORMATION
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases so we have made the return/exchange system very straightforward. All artwork is printed to order and is thoroughly inspected and packed securely before being dispatched to ensure a high level of quality.
Should you have a reason to return your artwork, please read the following:
- Lady Longhorn Artists offer a full refund on all goods that you may be dissatisfied with; just mail it back within 7 business days from the date of purchase (14 for international customers) in brand new, unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging and accompanied by a note stating your name, address, email address, contact telephone number, order number, and the reason for the return.
- Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases
- Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. If however, your artwork is damaged during delivery, please send me a photograph. Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for refund or exchange providing they are received within 7 working days of the original delivery date. Please also state what refund/exchange you require. We will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. As soon as our on-line bank clears your payment into our account we will process your refund. Exchanges will be actioned as soon as we've made your replacement print. We will notify you via email or telephone as soon as your request has been processed.
- All refunds are applied to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase unless otherwise notified. Refunds will be furnished within 30 days of the agreement to refund. If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, a refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.
